Charles the owner and his son came last minute to help us on a holiday when most places were closed. To give context I'm 8 months pregnant and on bed rest and only had one friend to help me get everything out. They helped clean and removed almost everything i had my 3 bedroom rental. Called Top Flight in the late afternoon, told them what I needed and they gave a tentative quote. Set up the appointment for the next day. They sent me a text a half hour before they were due to say they were on their way. The 2 gentlemen were on time, courteous and efficient. They introduced themselves (David and Marcus) explained the procedure and got right to work. They explained every step of the interaction (no surprises). Pictures were taken of the things to be removed, of the area after removal and of the things when they were in the truck. After they viewed the things to be removed (a truck tire and a gas grill) I was told what the charge would be and asked if that was acceptable. After I said yes they made quick work of the removal. They showed me the invoice and I paid. They immediately sent me a copy of the invoice by email. David and Marcus were personable, friendly and respectful. I would recommend them and the company to anyone. In the future when the need arises I will use their services again.

I had a great experience with this business. When I called to set up my appointment the man I spoke with, Charles was extremely nice on the phone. The day of the pick up, the guys who showed up were so pleasant and did an excellent job. We had a ton of yard debris and they were very hardworking in getting it all removed. If the need ever arises I will absolutely use them again, and I would recommend their services to anybody who needs any type of removal.
